9 1/2 hours in a car might not seem appealing to many -
but when your hubby has been working swing shift the last two weeks and between between working and parenting full time,
you haven't had a meaningful conversation in who knows how long -
a TODDLER-LESS road trip is just the answer!
One of Brian's best friends was getting hitched in Napa Valley,
and due to budget constraints and other mitigating factors,
we decided to drive down!
Redding, CA - otherwise known as the first available opportunity for In N' Out!
It was a whirl-wind trip to be sure!
We arrived Friday evening, just in time to make an appearance at the "Welcome Reception."
Then Saturday there was just time for breakfast and mani/pedis
before the Ranch shuttle picked us up in town!
There was a fun group of Oregonians representing!

Later nights than we're used to,
but we had a great time!
Sunday morning, we had (Mother's Day) Bruch at The Original Buster's BBQ
and then were on the road again, heading home!
We were anxious to get back home to see this little one,
who of course, had been having a fabulous time at the Farm with her Grammy Lisa!
