Date night doesn't always consist of just the two of us, out to dinner at a quiet restaurant...
Actually more often than not, date night means we're at home getting another project done.
From muddy bog to a cute, brick landing. Another project crossed off the list (using only materials we had on hand, mind you).
Not bad for a balmy Friday night together!

Love the looks of the brick in that area. It will be nice not to have a mud hole. You two are so amazing in your ideas and the improvements you have made inside and outside at your house.
