It's true, the world is full of stupid people. . . or at least super lazy ones! Why else would anyone paint all the windows in their house shut?! SO FRUSTRATING!! Project #2 - trying to get some fresh air into the house!
We'll end up replacing most of the windows eventually, but I needed some fresh air while working in the house. And once we start painting and refinishing the hardwoods under the carpet, we're going to want to be able to air the place out! My goal is to get at least one window in each room open. . . .
So far, I've been successful with one window in the bathroom, and one window in each end of the living room. . .
Our first casualty! Mom accidentally put her hand through a single pane of glass in the bathroom. No stitches required, the clinic just butterfly bandaged it, so that was a relief. . . maybe she was just trying to get out of working for a few hours. . .
